Happy Monday, who am I kidding Mondays are not happy…
Well this Monday started my new workout plan…. which entails a little cardio and more lifting and squats. This past year I incorporated too much cardio into my workout and I got down to a gross looking weight level. Soooooo now a part of improving myself in every way means improving myself physically as well. I’m young and still in control of how my body looks so I’m taking advantage of that.
This is my weekly workout schedule:
Mondays: 30 minutes of cardio on the eliptical and abs
Tuesdays: 40 minutes of cardio on the bike and lifting for arms and squats for legs
Wednesday: 40 minutes of cardio on the eliptical and lifting for arms and squats for legs
Thursday: 30 minutes of cardio on the bike and abs
Friday: abs and squats
Saturday: abs and squats
I want to get back to healthy looking and this will definatly help. Today I started the new workout plan and it didn’t go as well as I hoped. BUT tomorrow is a new day and I’m excited to get back to the gym tomorrow.
Of course along with this comes eating healthy as well. I am trying to eat healthy balanced meals, and when being at home it’s very hard because my family doesn’t eat as I healthy as I do. However at school I eat very healthy. But I am going to try and get back into eating good meals here as well.
